It will include a bit of theory (the paraglider design and principles of control), then you’ll have some training on a ground (you’ll learn how to take the wing for a flight), and eventually you’ll have a flight in tandem with an instructor who will transfer control to you. You should definitely try that.
“Paraglider co-pilot”
You want to try controlling paraglider? In this case, become the co-pilot! The lesson will include a briefing on the ground and two flights in tandem with an instructor who will transfer control to you. During flight, under the supervision of the pilot, you will have some practice in changing directions using a small roll, and get an understanding that this is possible for everyone.

Frequently asked Questions
Who is allowed to have a flight?
It is allowed for adults (from the age of 18). It is not allowed for people who have a post-surgery rehabilitation, people diagnosed with diseases of the cardiovascular or nervous system, diseases of the musculoskeletal system (due to necessity to run for a while at the start). It is also not allowed for pregnant women (a paraglider is a two-seater aircraft, not a three-seater one), you’ll have a flight a bit later.
